Japan's Technology

Japan, located in the Pacific Ocean, neighbors China and is also geographically near North Korea. Even though Japan is a relatively small country, its technology is just as advanced as that of other larger countries. Japan is known for its amazing robots, high-speed bullet trains, and other amazing technology, ultimately signifying…. Firstly, Tokyo, the capital of Japan, has developed 3-Dimensional (3D) billboard screens, different from any billboards around the world, including those one might see in Times Square, New York.  Given their 3D nature, the billboards are able to depict the animation as a more realistic projection without the need for 3D glasses that one might use in a movie theater. They allow for any advertisement, photo, or video to be projected with so much more depth and wonder, leaving both tourists and citizens watching, amazed. (tie back into the great increase of modern tech, etc.)

Japan not only has 3D screens, but also Manga and Anime in the city. Japan was the birthplace of anime, and it is quite obvious that it is one of the most celebrated and amazing creations in Japan. Anime artworks are depicted in the subways, and anime-style posters are posted all around the country, whether it is in schools, cafes, or shops.  Next, you have GATCHA! Gatcha is a Japanese vending machine that sells things like plushies, toys, anime figurines, and more! Imagine Gatcha as a vending machine, except instead of selling food, they sell merch, mostly anime merch. No t-shirts and clothes, though.

To add on, Japan has bullet trains. Bullet trains are similar to regular trains, except for the fact that they travel at very fast speeds, up to 286 mph. Not only are they very fast, but the shape of the train is also rather unique. Instead of the flat-faced front of the trains as you see in the MTA, they are shaped like a bullet, which gives them their name: Bullet trains. Through these examples,  Japan is home to many different amazing technologies. From bullet trains to 3D billboards, Japan is an amazing tourist destination with many attractions.
